The Third Shift

there are things that should not be tape-delayed in the age of Twitter.

1. Sporting events (although with soccer, this happens and is understandable)
2. Major awards shows
3. Presidential debates

Apparently tonight’s presidential debate is tape-delayed to the West Coast as part of a “Rock Center with Brian Williams” special — at least here in Portland.
