The Third Shift

  1. My boring, dull two cents on the Super Bowl and Beyonce.

    The game was fantastic but I do wish the refs wouldn’t do that whole thing they do when they put the flags away on blatant penalties late.

    I liked the halftime performance but Beyonce, as an artistic force, is not my speed. Like a lot of her songs, she’s a great performer, but I don’t have the emotional connection with her voice. That said, only Prince tops her for Super Bowl halftime performance, and I do enjoy Beyonce being generally universal. She’s hard to hate but that’s part of the same reason why I have trouble really embracing her in full.
