I don’t know if I will ever change to a Portland area code (mostly 503, some 971.) Maybe when I change cell phone providers after my contract is up.
(Verizon wants to force me onto tiered data unless I pay full market price for a phone. After the way my Galaxy Nexus was pretty much behind the curve of HSPA+ models on AT&T & T-Mobile, no thank you, Big Red.)
